A student's application will be considered by the Admissions Committee only when all of the following have been completed and received in the school office:

School Application
Health Application
Three Recomendation Forms (K-4) or (5-8)
Physical /Imunization Records ( For all new students and all students entering grades one, four, seven, and ten.)
Records Release Form
Computer Form
Financial Agreement
Electronic Devices Policy
$50 Registration Fee
Previous School Trancripts
Copy of Birth Certificate

International students: A copy of passport, visa, and current I-20 Form.
Interview with Administration and/or Admission’s Committee (grades 5-12)
